Stuart's Smokehouse in Alderson, WV
Stuart's was opened in April 2005. The owner, Stuart Brugh, deciding that there is a market for good meats in the Greenbrier area, had a smoker custom built by Mul Tuf Smokers in Sikeston, Missouri. The owners of Mule Tuf have their competition team that is ranked in the top 20 in the BBQ nation. Stuart came home from Missouri with not only the smoker, he picked up the secrets of smoking meat from the Mule Tuf Team. To compliment the smoker he added a 2,400 sq ft.deck to his restaurant and delicious new items to the menu. So enjoy the new flavors while overlooking the relaxing Greenbrier River.
